Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:

• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8,000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penaltyexceeds $700)
• We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the LiquorAct 1998 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.

Shipping policy & Returns Policy

We ship from our online store on Tuesdays and Fridays (except if a public holiday falls on the above listed day). Orders Must be Placed by 3pm on Monday or Thursday to ensure your order is shipped that week.

We are unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.

If you have chosen the pickup delivery option, collection is available with our Farm-gate Store open hours, Thursday – Monday 10.00am-5.00pm.

All orders are shipped through Big Post or Australia Post.

If you don't receive your order within 10 business days, please let us know via email to enquiries@mockredhill.com.au

We are currently only accepting orders within Victoria, Australia and cannot ship to PO Box's or Parcel Lockers.

If the shipping address is unattended, we will leave the order somewhere safe, unless otherwise specified

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly the order will be returned to Mock Red Hill. The order will then need to be re-sent at the expense of the Purchaser.

Returns not offered for change of mind. If wrong goods received or damaged goods received please contact enquiries@mockredhill.com.au
